Most motorcycle accidents happen during daylight hours when a lot of riders think that they are the most visible. One thing you can do to help this is actually your headlight! A nice bright headlight, along with proper reflective riding gear, is a great way to increase visibility when on the road. If you're riding a pre 1997 motorcycle odds are your light is pretty dim, check out this picture.

This was taken of a 1983 Honda Saber 750. I'm not kidding when I say that yes, it really looks this bad in person. For some reason headlights made during this time frame just aren't all that bright, they were built dim, and the natural aging of the light doesn't really help either. I also know that there are a number of products that claim to "bring new life" and "defog" an old headlight. They simply do not work as well as a new one. Now, take a look at this one.

This was taken at the same time of day and the same lighting as the dim one. The bike pictured is a 2007 Suzuki C50.
As you can probably imagine the one on the bottom is MUCH more visible during the day. That's what will keep you, and your passenger safe. With all of this said we would like to give you a few of our recommendations to not only make your motorcycle look its best, but to make you feel more comfortable on your next ride!
This in our opinion is the best choice for an all purpose, good looking headlight. The visibility on this is second to none, and with an easy install will have you up and shining in no time at all!
For all of you sportsters out there this is for you. This is our #1 pick for daytime riding. No questions asked you will not be disappointed by this!
For anyone looking to upgrade their entire system or going for a custom build than this is for you! Complete with mounting brackets and a grill cover! We like to use these on our "bobber" builds because they are cost effective and just look so darn good.
For anyone out there wanting to keep your bike stock, this simple addition goes right onto your handlebars or highway bars. They can be frame mounted as well. I'm going to be honest with you, these things are cool. These can also be used in addition to any other lights on this page!
At the end of the day your safety should be the most important thing to anyone getting ready to hit the highway. Grease Life Cycles, as motorcycle enthusiast, are dedicated to bringing you the best. So, stay safe out there and enjoy the ride!
